Customer Service Representative

Full-Time On-Site Laval, QC

Be the voice of LogiPlus—own client requests, resolve issues quickly, and deliver a premium experience on every shipment.

  • Manage inbound requests via email/phone; provide proactive shipment updates.
  • Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve exceptions.
  • Maintain accurate case notes and SLA adherence.

You’ll succeed if you have: 1–3 years in customer support (preferably logistics), strong communication, and a service-first mindset.

Logistics Coordinator

Full-Time On-Site Laval, QC

Plan, schedule, and execute shipments across modes while balancing service, speed, and cost.

  • Book carriers, build loads, and monitor on-time pickup/delivery.
  • Manage documents: BOLs, PODs, customs paperwork.
  • Analyze lane performance and recommend optimizations.

Requirements: 2–4 years in transportation operations, strong multitasking, TMS experience a plus.
